WOMENS SELF DEFENSE

Currently ,we have a intro program which includes 3 half an hour classes These classes are taught individually or to small groups. This training is done in a realistic manner and while wearing street clothes. Our women’s self-defense is a no nonsense approach to protecting ones self. Students are taught to avoid dangerous situations and of course how to handle the situation. We teach where to hit and when to attack in order to stop an assailant while avoiding injury to themselves. Everybody has a right to defend ones self.

WOMEN'S CARDIO KICKBOXING TUESDAY & THURSDAY NIGHTS 7:30-8:30

This class exclusively for women is a fun cardiovascular workout that mixes Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Martial Arts, and Aerobics.

The advantages and focus of our cardio kickboxing class is to have fun while achieving a full body workout that gets you in great shape by improving your endurance, balance, coordination, strength, self defense skills, flexibility, and reflexes while burning fat.

Unlike the other Muay Thai Kickboxing class we teach, in this class we can focus on a women’s physique. Taught by a experienced women, workouts consist of speed, power and resistance training which include a series of kickboxing drills involving punches, kicks, knee strikes, elbows and combination moves. All exercises take place on our professional MMA swain mats.

To get the ultimate workout, equipment used for resistance training include: boxing gloves, heavy bags, kicking shields, boxing mits, escrima sticks, medicine balls, jump rope, and more.
